By accessing or using Crexels (the "Service"), operated by Crexels Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Crexels is a cloud-based production management platform designed for creative professionals, photographers, videographers, and media agencies. The Service allows users to manage projects, clients, schedules, deliverables, budgets, and team communications in a single workspace.
You must register for an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@crexels.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Crexels offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your subscription.
All subscription fees are non-refundable. There are no refunds or credits for partial months of service, unused time, or plan downgrades. We encourage you to use the free tier to evaluate the Service before upgrading to a paid plan.
Free accounts are limited to three (3) active projects. We reserve the right to modify free tier limitations at any time with reasonable notice.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload or transmit malicious code; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (d) resell or sublicense the Service without written permission; (e) reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
You retain ownership of all content, data, and files you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant Crexels Inc. a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and will not use it for any purpose other than delivering the Service.
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect Your Content. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You use the Service at your own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of Your Content.
You may cancel your subscription at any time — no contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancellations can be made from your Account Settings or by contacting us at hello@crexels.io. Upon cancellation, your account will remain accessible through the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused time. Following cancellation, your data will be retained for 90 days to allow for export, after which it will be permanently deleted.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
The Service, including its design, software, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Crexels Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CREXELS INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance.
